Cutting dies vary significantly based on design complexity, overall size, and material choice, therefore pricing is confirmed individually after review.
🔧 How It Works
Step 1 – Submit Your Design
Please send us your cutting design or pattern for review before placing an order. Vector files such as AI, PDF, SVG, DXF or JPG are strongly recommended.
Step 2 – Design Review & Material Confirmation
We review your design to determine:
Overall size and cutting layout
Design complexity and corner details
Suitable die structure and material
Blade type and cutting requirements
We will then confirm:
Recommended die material
Final pricing
Production details
Step 3 – Place Your Order
Once everything is confirmed, you may proceed with payment using the agreed Custom Order option. Production begins after payment is completed.

Custom Leather Cutting Die (Made to Order)
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
All custom orders are made specifically based on your submitted design, size, and requirements.
For this reason, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and produced.
2. Design Approval
We will provide a design preview (if applicable) before production.
By approving the design, you confirm that all details are correct.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
3. Manufacturing Errors or Defects
If we made a mistake (wrong design, incorrect size, or clear manufacturing defect),
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will remake or refund the item after verification.
4. What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects:
- Minor variations caused by handcrafting or production process
- Differences between screen display and actual product
- Customer-submitted design errors
5. Shipping Issues
If an item is damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the package and product within 48 hours so we can assist you.
