All stamps are produced individually based on your approved design.Design review is required to ensure the stamp is suitable for embossing and meets quality standards.
🔧 How It Works
Step 1 – Submit Your Design
Upload your logo or artwork using the contact form or during checkout (AI, PDF, SVG, DXF recommended).
Step 2 – Design Review & Confirmation
We review your design for:
Line thickness & spacing
Engraving depth suitability
Stamp size recommendation
Intended use (leather, paper, heat stamp, etc.)
We will confirm the final stamp size and price before production.
Step 3 – Place Your Order
Once confirmed, you can complete payment using the agreed custom order option.
📏 Pricing & Size Rule
Brass logo stamp pricing is based on the stamp size. Pricing is calculated using the largest side of your design.
Example:
Logo size: 2 × 3.8 cm
Required order size: 4 cm option
👉 Always select the size equal to or larger than the longest side of your logo.

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
All custom orders are made specifically based on your submitted design, size, and requirements.
For this reason, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and produced.
2. Design Approval
We will provide a design preview (if applicable) before production.
By approving the design, you confirm that all details are correct.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
3. Manufacturing Errors or Defects
If we made a mistake (wrong design, incorrect size, or clear manufacturing defect),
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will remake or refund the item after verification.
4. What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects:
- Minor variations caused by handcrafting or production process
- Differences between screen display and actual product
- Customer-submitted design errors
5. Shipping Issues
If an item is damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the package and product within 48 hours so we can assist you.
